I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 23 years, but the real story starts long before the license. My work has always been about helping people feel more at home in their bodies—especially those navigating pain, aging, stress, or big life transitions. My clients are mostly adults 50+, people who want to stay independent, active, and connected to the life they love. I’ve built my practice around that—slow, thoughtful sessions that meet you where you are, honor your lived experience, and help your body shift out of tension and into ease.
After two decades, I’m still humbled by this work. Every session is a reminder that healing doesn’t have to be forceful. Sometimes the gentlest touch creates the biggest change.

Education
I graduated from the Massage Therapy Training Institute in Kansas City Mo., now known as the WellSpring Center for Allied Health. I completed their 600hr program in 2006. Since that time I have expanded my knowledge and my tools with various continuing education courses. All of which assist me in customizing your massage for you. You can trust in my expertise to provide effective and personalized treatments.

My massage studio is located within Mackenzie Place, a retirement community. I chose this location so that I can easily serve my elders, as well as the rest of our village. Everyone is welcome here.
